Flat pricing:
An initial rate for consumption is charged transferring to a higher rate when a predetermined quarterly threshold is reached. 

Time of Use Tariff:
This tariff is made up of peak, off peak, and shoulder usage rates and attracts daily supply charges. These rates are set by the State regulatory body and include network distribution charges.
